Had fun during the skaters urban, street skating singapore last friday. Our skating journey begun @ Gardens by the bay at 7:30pm and we reached our destination (ECP skate park) at 10:30pm. Hope to participate in such an event again :)
For today, I had 2.4km run as part of my napfa test in the morning. Timing wise was 12:35 which was 00:08 slower than last year's timing. Still it's an 'A' so it's okay. However, my stomach started cramping straight after my run. I don't remember how long it last because I was crying in pain and gripping my friend's shoe tightly. Thanks to teachers and friends that took care of me. Well, all my teacher told me was I am lacking of salt and had been advised to drink up isotonic drink when I do sports because I sweat alot. So may be if you'd been experiencing the same problem as me, do drink up isotonic drink during and after sports !
Last but not least, thank God tomorrow is a public hols ! Shall stay at home and rest :)
